This week I learned that it can be quite refreshing to take a little break from taking pictures. As I'm currently doing. So I'm going to share another one from Taiwan. I also learned that sometimes pictures catch your eye for apparently no reason at all. I can't figure out why I like this one (hey, I couldn't even name it!), but I do. I keep looking at my pictures of exotic birds, of steam rising from a thermal pond, of Eva jumping like a crazy person in front of famous monuments...and this is the one I keep coming back to!
We went up to participate in some tea tourism in the hills outside of Taipei--you take a cable car way, way up there, then walk around and try not to get hit on a one-lane, two-way road with full-size buses and pedestrians and food stands and scooter parking. It's all lush and green and such a wonderful break from the city.
